Terms and Conditions

* Tickets will be sold from November 2011 - March 14th 2012.

* Raffle closes midnight March 14th 2012

* Draw will take place March 15th, 2012 in the offices of the Australasian Performing Right Association (APRA),

16 Mountain st. Ultimo, Sydney at 12.00pm.

* Prizewinners will be contacted within 2 days of the draw.

* Prizewinners names will be published on the Smugglers of Light Website within 7 days of the draw.

Terms & conditions:

1. Travel vouchers & other prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable & non-changeable once issued & cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Bali holiday prize valid until March 28th 2013, but not valid during peak periods July 15 - Sept 10, 2012, & Dec 20th 2012 - Jan 26th, 2013.

3. 60 days notice required of intended travel dates for Bali holiday prize.

4. Jenolan Caves voucher valid until 31st December, 2012, subject to availability. Not valid during special events.

5. If prizewinners of travel vouchers are under 18 yrs, accompanying traveller must be a parent or guardian over 18 yrs of age.

The travel vouchers will be made in the name of a nominated parent or guardian over 18 yrs of age.

6. Total maximum prize pool up to $5,949 AUD.

7. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

8. Smugglers of Light Foundation may conduct a further draw at the same place as the original draw as is necessary on 30/6/12 in order to distribute any prizes

(if any) unclaimed by that date.

Unclaimed prizes will be kept for a period of 3 months from the draw, and if all reasonable efforts have not successfully located the winner, the prize may be sold after approval from the office of liquor gaming and racing and the money kept by the organisation as fundraising.

9. Spending money, additional costs and any other ancillary costs are each prizewinner's individual responsibility.
